Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping

  • Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, excluding holidays and custom items.
  • We are committed to your religious privacy. We ship in plain parcels with no company or branding information visible.
  • Our orders ship only within the USA. We offer ground and priority options from the USPS. We do not ship outside of the USA or with other carriers.
  • Every parcel shipped USPS Ground and USPS Priority automatically comes with $100.00 in parcel insurance against loss or breakage. If your order exceeds $100.00 and you would like us to add additional insurance, please contact us right away. Customers must file their own insurance claims, but we are happy to provide a copy of your invoice if you require it.
  • You will receive an email with your tracking number when the order ships. Please check your spam folders.
  • We are committed to reducing the waste packaging stream. Our boxes and envelopes are new, but we may re-use clean packing paper, peanuts and bubble wrap to protect your items. Please reuse or recycle them. (PS, any brown paper we send is great for petitions and spell papers!)

Products

  • SPELL KITS: Our spell kits have everything you need except a lighter or matches and a heat-safe surface, including 4 pages of detailed, step-by-step instructions. Your kit contains: Purification incense, spell-specific incense, spell-specific oil, 2 charcoal discs, 2 oz colored sand, a stainless steel incense burner, a votive candle and a charm item as shown in the listing. Use our instructions as printed, as a template for your own words, or not at all if you prefer to fully write your own ritual.
  • SPELL OILS: Our spell oils are our own formulas unless otherwise stated. We use essential oils whenever possible. Our carrier oil is organic, cold-pressed jojoba. We use several fragrance oils when essential is not possible or cost prohibitive. This includes dragon's blood, cherry, chocolate, lilac, rose, pomegranate, gardenia and violet.
  • CUSTOM CANDLES: Our custom double-action, two-color candles have a lead time of 14 business days. Each two-color candle must have its mold and wax heated and cooled 3 separate times. We will expedite your order if we can, because we know the moon phase won't wait, but we can't rush the actual creation time. Please plan ahead.
  • ESSENTIAL OILS: The essential oils we sell are the same ones we use in our products. If you have sensitivities, please note the ingredient listing on the product description, or contact us for more information.

Miscellany

  • Under no circumstances do we do magick for others. We are happy to help you choose ingredients that support your intention, but the power has been yours all along. Any requests to do ritual on another's behalf will not receive a response from us, and we ask you to do your diligence when seeking someone who offers those services.
  • We do not offer any sort of divination to see if someone has cursed you. If you suspect you have had a working placed on you, the most effective cleansing is a simple bath in a tub containing 1 pound of plain sea salt. Dissolve. Soak. Pray. Rinse. Repeat as often as necessary; it is a method you cannot do improperly.
